This privacy policy ("policy") explains how Ivano bazeni Web doo, Crno 5, OIB: 484476743026 (hereinafter referred to as: "Ivano bazeni") collects, uses and manages your personal data contained on the website and which is accessible to Ivano bazeni through the use of the website: www.ivanobazeni.hr.

Ivano bazeni permanently takes care of the security and protection of personal data of its customers and/or users and when providing them for use to other data users. Data is forwarded only if there is a contractual or legal basis for this (for example, delivery of purchased products to the customer, exercise of the customer's right to complaint, repair and/or replacement of purchased products, as well as termination of the contract in accordance with special regulations), or if it is necessary to preserve our predominantly justified interest.

In cases of processing personal data of customers and/or users, the data is provided to contractual partners who deliver or service purchased products (authorized service providers, delivery services, etc.) and to other recipients (suppliers/product manufacturers, etc.)

• If we engage another legal entity as a subcontractor/executor of processing to perform individual processing tasks (for example, when performing card business), it is important to emphasize that the subcontractor acts exclusively on our order, and personal data is submitted to credit institutions as card issuers through which payment is made.

• In cases of processing personal data of customers and/or users based on special regulations, we provide personal data to competent authorities when necessary to carry out special procedures.

• In cases of processing personal data using video surveillance cameras, we will provide personal data to the competent authorities (police, court) only if this is necessary for conducting proceedings in accordance with special regulations." How and when we collect your personal information

We collect your personal data when it is necessary to fulfill your consumer needs or for the needs of our business:

a) when you access the website www.ivanobazeni.hr, we will also collect your IP address, which is also considered personal data,

b) situations in which we collect other types of data such as the date and time of page access, information about the hardware, software or internet browser you use as well as your computer's operating system and application version and your language settings. We may collect information about clicks and your access to the page www.ivanobazeni.hr that are shown to you,

c) during your registration, Ivano bazeni will request the provision of certain information (personal data) such as name and surname, e-mail address,

d) the buyer or user of our website, by entering their personal data after registration, and in the case of a purchase, enters into a contractual relationship that is the basis for the purchase of products and ordering services of the buyer's choice on www.ivanobazeni.hr. The processing of your personal data in the latter case is necessary for the execution of a contract to which you, as a buyer or user, are a party or in order to take action at the request of the data subject before concluding a contract. For a purchase, data about your name, surname, address (place of residence), country, telephone number, e-mail address, payment method (IBAN), delivery address,

e) when registering a person as a user or recipient of the newsletter or other information about our products and promotions. As the data controller, we will ask you to enter information about yourself (personal data) such as e-mail address, first name, last name and telephone number (the latter three types of data are marked as optional). The legal basis for processing your data is consent. Therefore, a user who registers to receive information about our products and promotions by entering their data on the website www.ivanobazeni.hr gives consent to the processing of their personal data. The user may withdraw consent at any time by sending a notification to the email address of the personal data protection officer [email protected],

f) when you purchase our product, in order to fulfill the contract, we will share your name, surname and delivery address with our partners who perform delivery services on our behalf and for our account,

g) when you contact customer service and ask us for help or ask a question in order to exercise any of your rights guaranteed by applicable regulations,

h) when you contact us via social networks, we collect the data you have made available to us when making inquiries or requests,

i) when you request a product return or wish to unilaterally terminate a concluded contract, we collect your name, surname, personal identification number, address, account information and purchase amount, all depending on the selected payment method,

j) When you participate in our prize games, we will process your data depending on the type of prize game, which we will inform you about in the prize game rules. The data that may be processed include, for example, your name, surname, address for sending the prize,

k) when you complete a satisfaction survey, we process data such as your IP address,

l) when you rate our stores to improve the user experience (we collect the following information: first name, last name, nickname, email, shopping experience),

m) when you ask us any question related to our offer, we will process your contacts and/or other data that you provide when sending the question.

We collect the above-mentioned specific categories of your personal data either based on the consent shown to you when you arrived at www.ivanobazeni.hr via a pop-up window, or based on legitimate interest (for example, in cases where cookies are necessary for the functioning of www.ivanobazeni.hr or when we send you, as our customer, some interesting notifications and/or offers of promotions) or in order to fulfill our obligations arising from the applicable regulations of the Republic of Croatia.

If the processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. You must inform the data controller of the withdrawal of your consent by e-mail: [email protected] or by sending an email to Crno 5, 23 000 Zadar. Such withdrawal will not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.

Please pay attention to the mandatory scope of data we are requesting from you (marked *) because in the event that the buyer or user does not provide the requested information that is determined as mandatory in order to carry out the requested or expected activity for you, unfortunately, you will not be allowed to participate in it, without the requested data the activity will not be technically feasible.

We do not collect data about children. If we become aware that such data has been transferred to us without the consent of the parents or guardians of children under the age of 16, we will remove it without delay. Minors under the age of 16 may not use the www.ivanobazeni.hr website for the purpose of registering and/or ordering products.

 

Processing of personal data in the payment process

Ivano bazeni requests data from the customer to activate the payment process. When paying through contracted providers of processing and collection services (credit or debit) cards, contractual partners of Ivano bazeni as Processors or Independent Personal Data Processors, your data will be shared.

For the above purpose, your personal data as a customer (e.g. customer name and surname, customer address, customer card details) are temporarily stored with the processing and payment service provider, which stores this data in accordance with the highest level of protection and confidentiality. The customer activates the card processing and payment process by confirming (clicking) the link "Continue shopping".

Data processing during payment is necessary in order to perform all actions preceding the purchase or conclusion of a contract with the data controller. When we talk about the legal basis for data processing related to certain types of payments or legal entities that provide the aforementioned services, payment data such as name, surname, code, amount, account number or other transaction codes are shared with the card company or bank or third party through which the payment is made, all at the request of the respondent who independently selects the payment method.

Ivano bazeni does not at any time dispose of, collect or process personal data entered for the purpose of processing and collecting cards.

Ivano Bazeni warns customers to take care of the information provided on the card so that it is not available to third parties and is not misused.

So, to summarize all of the above, we mainly collect your personal data directly from you either to enter into a contract with us, to perform an action at your request, when you order certain products or services or fill out a certain form, or when you want to receive our newsletter and be our registered user.

We do not use your personal information for marketing purposes unless you tell us that you agree to this. If you would like us to send you details of our products, services, offers and promotions, please subscribe to this by giving us your consent when subscribing to the newsletter.

 

We treat your personal information as confidential information, and it is properly protected by Ivano bazeni and/or our trusted partners.

 

II. What data do we collect directly from you and for what purpose?

Typical categories of information we collect from users are: name, billing address, shipping address, financial information including credit, debit card information, or other payment information that you provide when filling out forms on websites or when you communicate with us by phone or email.

You can ask Ivano Bazeni what personal data about you it uses, and you can also request access to that personal data. You have the right to know the purpose of the processing, what categories of your personal data we store, the bodies or categories of bodies with which we share your personal data, the period for which the data will be retained, as well as the source of the data in cases where the data is collected indirectly.

You can contact us if you would like a copy of some or all of the personal information we hold about you.

• request correction of incorrect data    We want your personal information to be accurate and up-to-date. You can ask us to correct or remove information that you think is inaccurate or out of date.

• request the deletion of personal data You can ask Ivano bazen to stop processing or even delete your personal data. If we need your personal data to perform a contractual obligation towards you, Ivano bazen may no longer be able to perform such contractual obligations. Also, if your personal data is required to comply with certain legal obligations (e.g. tax obligations), your request may not be able to be fulfilled.

• Restrict access to your data (to us and/or third parties) in certain processes or completely        If you wish to contest the accuracy of the data, or we no longer need the personal data for the purpose of the processing, but you require them for the establishment, exercise or processing of legal claims, or you have objected to the processing on grounds that we consider legitimate, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

If you are not satisfied with how we have collected or used your personal information, you can file a formal complaint with the Personal Data Protection Agency.

 

Where is your personal data stored?

We store the personal data we collect about you in a secure environment. Your personal information is protected from unauthorized access, disclosure, use, alteration or destruction by any organization or individual.

The processed data is stored on our premises and IT systems, but sometimes we store data on the servers of our trusted service providers.

Ivano bazeni will ensure that personal information is kept in a secure location (which includes reasonable administrative, technical and physical protection to prevent unauthorized use, access, disclosure, copying or modification of personal information), which can only be accessed by authorized persons.

The data collected for the purposes set out in these Rules will be stored only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the stated purposes. Your personal data will not be kept in a form that allows you to be identified for longer than Ivano bazeni reasonably considers necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected or processed. Ivano bazeni will keep certain personal data for the period of time prescribed by law or regulation that obliges Ivano bazeni to keep the data. For example, we keep data related to the exercise of your rights such as the right to be forgotten permanently; data related to a consumer complaint for 1 year from receipt of the same, etc.

If you have given us your consent, we will process your personal data until you withdraw your consent. If you raise a well-founded objection to the processing of your personal data based on legitimate interest, we will not process your personal data in the future.

In addition to all of the above, it is important to highlight the following; during the audit, we will take into account that after 1 year from the date you told us which cookies you accept and/or gave your consent and renewed it, and if a judicial, administrative or extrajudicial procedure has been initiated, personal data may be stored until the end of such procedure, including the possible period for filing legal remedies. Ivano bazeni will retain certain personal data for the period prescribed by law or regulation that obliges the data controller to retain data.

 

Does Ivano bazeni exchange data with third parties?

Privacy is important to us, so we will never share your personal information with third parties except for the purposes described in these Rules.

Ivano bazeni cooperates with other companies. This means that we sometimes share your personal data, using secure IT systems. When we do so, the data is transferred to servers located in the EU or in a country that ensures an adequate level of protection in accordance with EU legislation.

Ivano bazeni as the controller of personal data may transfer personal data outside the EU if it is necessary for the performance of a contract between Ivano bazeni and the processor and/or another controller or to comply with legal obligations. In the latter case, Ivano bazeni transfers personal data outside the European Economic Community only to countries that provide an adequate level of protection, through model contracts containing binding provisions (standard contractual clauses and additional measures) or through binding corporate rules; or in accordance with an approved certification mechanism and/or a privacy protection framework adopted by the European Commission – https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/law-topic/data-protection/international-dimension-data-protection/adequacy-decisions_hr.

In addition to the above, and given the use of service providers based in the USA, we are obliged to inform you about how they transfer data to the USA. The transfer of data is temporarily based on your consent. You provide your consent via a pop-up window in which you, as the data subject, are informed about the use of cookies that will result in the transfer of data to the USA. You do not have to provide your consent, so please read the pop-up window and all privacy policies carefully before giving your consent.

In addition to all of the above, we may provide your personal data to our trusted partners who maintain our IT system or provide services on behalf of Ivano bazen, for example, for marketing, finance, advertising and other services within and outside Ivano bazen. These service providers are, however, obliged, under the relevant contracts, to use the data entrusted to them only in accordance with our guidelines and exclusively for the purpose strictly specified by us. We also oblige them to adequately protect your data and to consider it a trade secret.

 

Information collected about you by Google LLC

Ivano bazeni uses services provided by Google LLC and its affiliates, including YouTube, Android and services provided on third-party websites, such as advertising services (hereinafter: Google).

These rules do not apply to services that have separate privacy policies that do not include these privacy policies, however, in accordance with regulations related to the protection of personal data, Ivano bazeni is obliged to inform its users about the data collected by Google LLC when providing its services to other legal and natural persons.

The information Google collects includes unique identifiers, browser type and settings, device type and settings, operating system, mobile network information including carrier name and phone number, and application version number.

Furthermore, Google collects data about how applications, browsers, and devices interact with Google services, including IP address, crash reports, system activity, and the date, time, and referring URL for the respondent's request.

Google collects data when a Google service on your device contacts Google servers—for example, when you install an app from the Play Store or when the service checks for automatic updates. If you use an Android device with Google apps, your device periodically contacts Google servers to provide information about your device and connect to our services. This includes information such as your device type, carrier name, crash reports, and apps you have installed.

 

1. Data about your activities

Google collects information about your activities on Google services to, for example, recommend a YouTube video that you might like. The activity information that Google collects may include:

• the terms you are looking for
• videos you watch
• content and advertisement displays and interaction with them
• Voice and audio activity data when using audio features
• purchasing activities
• people you communicate with and share content with
• activities on third-party websites and applications that use our services
• Chrome browsing history that you've synced with your Google Account.

If you use Google services to make and receive calls or send and receive messages, Google may collect phone log information such as your phone number, the number you called, the number that received the call, the numbers to which calls were forwarded, the time and date of calls and messages, call duration, routing information, and call types.

In your Google Account, you can find and manage activity data saved to your account.

 

2. Location data

Google collects information about your location when you use specific Google services. Your location can be determined with varying levels of precision based on:

• GPS
• IP address
• sensor data on the device
• data about things near your device, such as Wi-Fi access points, cell towers, and Bluetooth-enabled devices.
• In some circumstances, Google also collects information about you from publicly available sources.

For example, if your name appears in a local newspaper, Google's search engine may index that article and display it to other users when they search for your name.

It is important to note that Google may also collect information about you from trusted partners, including marketing partners who provide information about potential users of Google business services and security partners who provide us with data to protect against abuse, as well as advertisers to provide ads and research services on their behalf.

 

For what purposes does Google collect your data?

Google may use your data to ensure the proper functioning of the services, for example by monitoring outages or resolving issues you report.

Furthermore, Google uses the data for analytical and measurement purposes.

For example, Google analyzes data about your visits to Google websites and also uses data about the ads you interact with.

When you visit websites that use Google Analytics, Google and the Google Analytics user Google may associate information about your activity on that website with activity on other websites that use Google advertising services. Google uses the information collected, such as your email address, to interact with you directly. For example, it may send you a notification if it detects suspicious activity, such as an attempt to sign in to your Google Account from an unusual location, or it may notify you about upcoming changes or improvements to the services.

In the event that you contact Google, Google keeps a record of the request to help resolve your issue.

Google uses automated systems that analyze your content to provide customized search results, personalized ads, or other features tailored to how you use our services.

Google also analyzes your content to detect abuse, such as spam, malicious, or illegal content. Google also uses algorithms to recognize patterns in the data.

For example, Google Translate helps people communicate in different languages by detecting common language patterns in phrases you are looking for a translation for.

For the purposes described above, Google may combine data collected from its services and across your devices. Depending on your account settings, your activity on other websites and in other apps may be associated with your personal information to improve Google services and the ads Google displays.

If other users already have your email address or other identifying information, Google may show them your publicly visible Google Account information, such as your name and photo. This makes it easier for them to recognize an email you send them, for example.

 

YOUR PRIVACY CONTROLS

You have choices about the information Google collects about you and how it uses it.

This section describes the main privacy management controls:

You can visit the Privacy Settings Checker where you can review and adjust important privacy settings.

Visit the Check Privacy Settings, Manage Your Data, and View and Update Your Data page. Once you're signed in, you can always view and update your data by visiting the services you use.

Google has also established a place where you can view and manage the data stored in your Google Account.

The following controls are available in your Google Account:

Google also provides ways for you to review and update your data. On the My Activity page, you can review and control the data generated by your use of Google services, such as your past searches and visits to Google Play. You can view your activity by date and topic, and you can delete some or all of it.

Google Dashboard Service. Through the Google dashboard, you can manage the data associated with certain products.

Your personal data

When you're not signed in, you can manage the data associated with your information. Personalize your search while you're signed out: Choose whether your search activity is used to offer relevant results and recommendations.

YouTube settings: Pause and clear your YouTube search history and YouTube watch history.

b. Manage your ad settings on websites and apps that display ads in partnership with Google.

c. Export, removal and deletion of data

If you wish, you can export a copy of your content from your Google Account for backup or use on a service outside of Google.

d. Request removal of content from certain Google services based on applicable laws.

To delete your data, you can:

• Delete content from certain Google services.
• Search for and then delete specific items from your account via the My Activity page.
• Delete certain Google products, including the data associated with them.
• Delete your entire Google Account. Finally, there's the Inactive Account Manager, which lets you give someone else access to parts of your Google Account if you can no longer use it.

Browser settings: For example, you can configure your browser to indicate when Google places a cookie in your browser. You can also configure your browser to block all cookies from a specific domain or all domains. Please note that Google services rely on cookies to function properly, for example to remember your language settings.

Device settings: Your device may have controls that determine what data Google can collect. For example, you can change your location settings on your Android device.

Ivano bazeni collects and processes personal data through user interactions on social networks such as Facebook and Google (Youtube). Ivano bazeni or the responsible persons appointed by Ivano bazeni have access to messages and/or posts on the aforementioned social networks, however, personal data collected through them, especially those contained in messages, is not stored by Ivano bazeni and is not further processed except for the purposes specified in these Rules.
